Ophthalmology Enquires  

If you wish to contact the NTC-H Hospital Eye Service please call 0800 111 4526 or 01463 709111 and follow the auto attendant prompts. This automated service provides the following options:

Press 1 if you are a doctor or optometrist wishing to discuss a patient (this will transfer to the eye clinic triage service)

Press 2 if you are a patient with an appointment query

Press 3 if you are a patient with a question following an injection into the eye

Press 4 if you are a patient with a question following cataract surgery or other eye operation

Press 5 if you are a patient with any other medication query

Press 6 for all other enquiries

Please note: The Eye Clinic triage phone line, if experiencing high call volumes will advise that you are in a queue. If the service is under significant demand (more than 3 in a call queue) the automated service will advise that you try calling again later.
